OUR COMPANY
Australian Natural Treasures Touring has been operating since 1996. ANTT and our former identity as Natural Treasures Tours has long been associated with high quality small group tours of the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. A small business was created by a lecturer in eco-tourism in the mid 1990’s and then grown into a company under the ownership of Jeremy, Pierre and Glenn. Our range of multi-day and private journeys provide rewarding experiences for discerning travellers who feel that hectic schedules limit enjoyment, local interaction and relatable insights.
Travelling in large groups is well catered for, as are the tours that attempt to see everything in one day. Our itineraries are purposefully relaxed giving our guests the time to enjoy the surroundings and avoid crowds. Our group sizes are kept small so that we can move around easier and utilise unique hotels and restaurants. We hope these elements that we hold dear result in our groups travelling around like friends rather than a cohort of tourists.
Groups sizes for our standard group tours are very small with our driver/guides hosting a maximum of 8 guests. We offer guaranteed departure for bookings of 2 or more (once confirmed) – even if it just 2 people that end up travelling. We do have a minimum of 2 people for all tours including private touring.
Our group tours are designed for people that are keen to be social but also discerning. Our services are more social and less expensive than private touring but not as crowded or hurried as a large bus. Often we have several couples that come together for a few days and we struggle to get a word in. Our marketing is generally towards UK, Europe, North America, New Zealand and Australia which has meant our tours are filled with like minded travellers with similar needs and expectations. The days are not rushed, they are diverse in experiences and complimented by bountiful information, unique interpretation and storytelling.
We use accommodation and restaurant partners that have the add the expected high quality but also brilliantly showcase the unique attributes of the region.
With 25 years+ of operation under our belt, you can just imagine how many times we have refined our services. We feel lucky to operate in such a beautiful and diverse region and are still determined to create the perfect tour.
